EM exists to serve the local church. Nothing more - nothing less.

Our vision reflects our passion for the local church,

   "That E.M. would be used by God to become a powerful catalyst in helping churches as they seek, under God's direction, to transition towards greater effectiveness."

This is really about helping a church to 'change' in order to become even more the church that God intends. However 'change' is something that many of us struggle with and often we appreciate help when we are faced with the challenge of potential change. Our desire at EM is to help churches through whatever changes God is calling them to make and we do this by providing advice, resources and training which can best be described as 'consultative assistance'. We see this working its way out in 4 particular areas:

• Envisioning - helping churches develop and move toward a compelling vision of a better future.
• Enabling - training leaders to become empowerers of others.
• Equipping - helping the church equip its people for service.
• Enriching - encouraging and inspiring God's people to keep growing and serving.
