Only when the people within your church are fully equipped can they reach their full potential in Christ.

When leaders fail to equip, then the whole church will suffer. As we read in Ephesians 4:16 – the local church, the body, can only be built up in love, “as each part does its work.” (NIV). So how do you help people understand the role they have to play and ensure that people are connected into the right ministry within the church to help the church function effectively?
