An Effective Small Group – what is it? John Ortberg defines it as:
"A place where lives are transformed through community."
We are convinced that the disciple's transformation must be toward Christlikeness. This can take place more effectively in a small group setting as genuine community is formed.
We have designed this course to help you explore the amazing potential of small groups and to begin the process of equipping small group leaders. We will look at the Biblical principles of community and examine the practical methods by which you can create an environment in which people in your church can grow and flourish.
The course is run over 4 evenings and is suitable for church leaders and existing/potential small group facilitators/leaders. A course manual is provided - for costs please contact the EM office.
