Leaders who develop followers see their churches grow only one person at a time; but leaders who develop leaders multiply their church’s growth.

It is our belief that the style of leadership which best reflects Biblical principles is, what is increasingly being termed, 'Enabling' or 'Empowering' style leadership. This was certanily the Apostle Paul’s passion (Acts 19:9&10) and it is ours – to help you consider your style and as to how you can best multiply leaders rather then merely add followers.

We have discovered, having used the Natural Church Development (NCD) survey in over 50 churches in Ireland to date, that a lack of this style of leadership is a key factor in inhibiting  the growth potential of churches across our land.
