Although you will see some details concerning our full-time and part-time staff below, we certainly could not do all that we do without a whole host of volunteers. We are very grateful and thankful to them for their time and input and we consider them to be part of the EM team.
David Millen
David serves as Director of Ministries with EM.
He is married to Renee and they have three grown up children : Christina, Rebekah and Tim, three grandchildren and a dog called Jack.
David's main ministry role (apart from directing the work) is serving as a consultant to church leaders.
In addition he leads and teaches courses such as Clearing our Vision and Effective Small Groups and is involved in leading worship at various events from time to time.
He also serves as an elder in his local church.
In his 'spare time' he plays guitar and entertains the grandchildren ( but perhaps not with the guitar!)

Raymond Magowan
Raymond has worked with Evangelical Ministries for over 30 years.
He is married to Agnes and has two sons, Neil and David.
For the majority of the years in EM he has served in EM's youth ministry and is currently a teacher/trainer in discipleship and helping people discover and use their God given gifts.
His hobbies include running, skiing, windsurfing and watching his sons play football for Crusaders and Comber Rec.
He is a lifelong Newcastle United supporter.

Rose McCullagh
Rose is our Administration Officer.
She is married to Ian and lives in Dromara, Co Down. They have no family apart from 4 cats (at last count!).
Her interests are walking, cycling (in Holland!), jetskiing (despite being absolutely terrified of water!), and travelling (despite a fear of flying!).
Apart from that she’s obviously perfectly normal…..honest!

Eilidh Patterson
Eilidh is the co-ordinator for The Mandate - our enriching event for Men
A native of Londonderry, she is an accomplished singer/songwriter.
In addition to her music she enjoys nature walks, spending time with friends and family and attending concerts & gigs.

Sarah Hardacre
Sarah serves as our part time book keeper.
She is married to Chris and has two sons, Jamie and Alex.
She is a Beaver Scout Leader and in her spare time she enjoys cooking, playing golf and walking the family's two dogs, Rags and Holly.

Victoria Gordon
Victoria is married to Ric and they have a wee westie called Mackenzie!
She is a member of Glenabbey Church in Newtownabbey.
Her desire is that Focusfest will be a tool for equipping and mobilising women of all ages to make a difference in their world.
She works three days with EM and for the rest of the week she is kept busy running her own business, Temple Spa.
